Plugin to display what I am reading

  • Hello folks,
    There is a particular feature I have thought of. I want to display what I reading. Basically, what I want is to display excerpts of all posts I read from other blogs.
    So there’s a page, like this,

    but on clicking the link, it should direct to the article on the original website.
    I hope I have explained clearly.
    I have never developed plugins before. I am obviously up for trying but I’ll need an expert to help me..
    Anyone up for it?
