Plugin to disable people from loading files from AddressBar/HotLink?

I am making a downloads site and I have an issue with people who may hotlink files from my site, Is there like a download plugin like something that requires them to click an input button to download or something that will disable and redirect someone if they try to load the file from an outside website?

The files are loaded in a specific folder because I am using another plugin that manages Custom fields and has its own download form so the file isn’t downloaded into the regular wordpress gallery thing.

Copy the download link and it just redirects back to the page.
