Plugin to customize the profile section of wordpress

  • Anyone know a plugin that will allow me to add custom fields to the user section of wordpress and allow my users to add a photo. If possible it would be cool if the plugin would also allow me to view these additional fields from the USER tab of wordpress. ANY IDEAS?
