Plugin to configure the plugins load order

Hi,

I wanted to change the load order of my plugins and found that this is a common request. The solutions here were far by optimal, so I build a plugin that allows easy load ordering.

The threads were closed so I couldn’t add my response – but maybe you can. WordPress users would benefit from it.

Here it is and I’ll add it to the repository once my registration will be processed.
