Plugin to Auto change URL’s in Posts?

I am looking to find a pluggin that can auto change the URL’s of links inside posts that I am syndicating from RSS feed.

For example. I Syndicate my character’s WoW Armoury activity feed – which lets my readers (or just me) know what I have been up to in WoW.

The RSS feed links to Items in WoWArmoury’s Database and the URL is:

https://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=50273

On my site, I use a script that when you hover over the item a tooltip is displayed.

In order for this to work, I would need to change the link to:

https://www.wowhead.com/?item=50273

So basically, I just need to change the URl up to the = sign in the orginal link.

https://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=50273

I want something to automate this process otherwise, I’d be here all day editing links in a lot of posts, across all my characters and I simply don’t have time to this.

I eagerly look forward to hearing from someone who knows of a pluggin that can do this.
