Plugin to ask the user for their location?

Is there a plugin that opens a modal window asking for permission to check the user’s location, then if the user is in a certain state opens another modal with a certain message, but if the user is in another state opens another modal with another message, etc.?

When I searched the plugin directory for “location” I saw lots of plugins to making a list of store locations, which isn’t what I want.
