Plugin to allow users / readers to change the background

I’ve been hunting around and am surprised there isn’t an elegant solution for this. I’d like to offer my readers the opportunity to change the background of my WordPress blog.

Back in the old days you could have a theme switcher on your site, and that’s not quite what I want – just something that allows readers to choose a different background image from a few pre-loaded choices.
