plugin to allow readers to contribute photos?

Hi, I’m wondering if there is a plugin that would allow me to create a page where readers could upload their own photos to me, without me needing to put my email address on the blog for bots to pick up.

I know I could just say “Share your pics with me at [email protected]” but I would rather not do that, and just have a page with a few upload boxes and maybe boxes for the user to provide a description of the upload.

Is this possible? Would it be safe to have something like this, or would it be abused eventually by bots or someone uploading junk?
