plugin to add messaging system to wordpress

I am in search of a plugin that I can install on my website to send and receive messages files from my customers. Customers already have account on my website account.

Customers should not be able to message each other. Only admin to customer and customer to admin messaging.

I could install a chat plugin but I want chat/message history to be saved.

Any suggestion?
