[Plugin: TinyMCEComments] Adding EMOTIONS

I’m trying to add EMTIONS to the tinyMCE Comments plugin.
It works FINE in the ADMIN PREVIEW.
But not on the home page.
Any thoughts?
Is some Javascript breaking?
