[Plugin: TinyMCE Advanced] Paragraph formatting vs formatting after line break

Is it possible to have different formatting for a single line in a paragraph? Let’s say I style some text as small caps, but I want one line to appear as normal text – or vice versa, all normal, one line as small caps.

All my attempts have failed – when a paragraph has some styles applied, any single line within that paragraph (after shit+enter) inherit paragraph’s properties. I tried editing HTML but without any luck – all changes done manually like changing style for that one particular line are being automatically reverted as soon as I save changes.
