[Plugin: Timed Widget] Am I missing something?

I’ve got this widget installed and have created the correct schedule, however, I do not see how to put it to use? I need an image/link to appear for the timeframe i’ve created but I don’t see how to do this. The ‘time widget’ in my widget list only asks me for a Title and a schedule. How do I associate this with my image? Thanks
