[Plugin: Time Release] Shorter time periods

This looks like a useful tool for me. But there’s one problem: I want to set time increments less than 1 day. Actually, I want to set it for half an hour. I’ve got a very Twitter-centric image blog, and rather than making several posts all at once and spam Twitter, I’d rather spam Twitter in half-hour increments.
I tried entering .02 as my time increment, but for some reason it doesn’t think that’s a number.
