Plugin throws some critical errors and is not attaching PDFs to the emails

Hi,

I am testing your plugin on WordPress VIP and I set it up to attach PDF invoices to the New order email for customer and admin, I receive the New order the PDF invoice is not attached. I checked the WP Mail Logging which doesn’t show any attachement. Also, the plugin throws some critical errors in WooCommerce Logs, please see here:

Can you please advise what could be the cause?
