[Plugin: ThreeWP Broadcast] Double posts

Everytime I post from a user who has broadcast writes and “Link this post to its children” is checked, it broadcasts 2 posts to the site listed under “Broadcast to:”. Is it supposed to do that or is it a bug?
Any ideas?
