[Plugin: ThreeWP Broadcast] Broadcast Image Attachments getting renamed – resulting in 404 error

Hello –
Image attachment links are getting a unique name created that doesn’t exist, and so users on the broadcast site are redirected to a 404 page
Example:
Original Post ( with gallery )
https://random.kettlewell.net/2011/11/10/creepy-squirrels/Original Attachment Image
https://random.kettlewell.net/2011/11/10/creepy-squirrels/punk-rock-squirrel/Broadcast Attachment Page ( note the -2 on the end ) <– PROBLEM HERE
https://random.kettlewell.net/2011/11/10/creepy-squirrels/punk-rock-squirrel-2/Broadcast site is the main ( kettlewell.net )
I have broadcast permalinks pointing back to original post…
Do I have a setting wrong, or is there an easy way to fix this?

EDIT: This appears to only apply to galleries. Individual images appear to broadcast back to the original site OK.
