[Plugin: TheThe Tabs and Accordions] How to add anchor automatically for each tab and switch to that

Hi all!

suppose I have created tab1, tab2 & tab3 and their contents
-> How to add anchors, i.e. #tab1, #tab2, and #tab3, automatically for each tab and switch to that tab when someone access the URL of that anchor?
-> e.g someone access the URL, https://mysite.com/posts/post123#tab1
