[Plugin: The Piecemaker 2] Can't Upload Assets

Hi everyone,
Whenever I try to add an asset, it uploads just fine but there is no thumbnail and I get a message like this at the top of the page: /wp-includes/piecemaker-images/03b_2012021024333000000.jpg100 100.

The Piecemaker tells me that there is no image associated with the asset and as a result, there is a blank space where the piecemaker should be on my page. If someone could help me out, i would appreciate it.
