[Plugin: The OpenHook Customizations Manager] thesis_hook_after_post_box is missing
-
Hi Rick,
What a change 3.3 is after switching from 2.3.2. Nice work though!
Problem? I believe this hook is missing from the drop down list of Thesis hooks: https://diythemes.com/thesis/rtfm/hooks/thesis_hook_after_post_box/. It does not appear when you turn on hook visualization either.
My sites: test is https://test.theideamechanic.com (OpenHook 3.3), production is https://theideamechanic.com (OpenHook 2.3.2). Both are running Thesis 1.8.4.
Suggestion? It might help if you list hooks in the same order as https://diythemes.com/thesis/rtfm/hooks/.
Suggestion? I miss seeing the long list of all hooks at once. It was helpful to visually skim. Maybe a “show all hooks” option?
Behavior? I did notice that most all the options were asterisked right after the upgrade until I unchecked a “Process PHP” box on one empty hook (my bad, left over from otehr changes). After that change, then they appeared to be asterisked correctly.
Behavior? My WordPress menu disappeared after upgrading OpenHook. I went thru and compared each option on the test and production sites. Found a few empty hooks with “Process PHP” turned on – also the same for wp_footer. Turned those off, went back and made sure Thesis options were still set to use the WordPress menu, then went in a reselected my menu in appearance-menus … it worked. Albeit it’s now at the top of the page – before_header (see the test site) rather than after the header (see production site). Not sure why that is …?
Thanks!
Doug
