[Plugin: The OpenHook Customizations Manager] Openhook customiztion Mgr Does Not Display custommenu

i have a custommenu that displays on the RHS of the header image. When i install new openhook the menu does NOT display.I downgraded to the 2.3.1 version of openhook menu displays again. I am using thesis 1.8.4
