[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Updates forthcoming? Recurring events? (None since last year)

Curious if dev is still being done on this plugin; the list of forthcoming features includes some pretty important calendar management elements. A see that an update hasn’t been pushed in some time. Is it safe to assume these features are still coming?

Specifically, recurring events.
