[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Gridview Listview link broken when using permalink

I am using wordpress with permalinks and the buttons for “Event List” and “Calendar” are broken.

It says page not found. (because it adds /month and /upcoming and there are no blog categories for them)

If anyone has a hardcode link to view the calendar in Gridview and in Listview could you post it here. I will go around the function and just hardcode it into the template.
