  • Hi there kirkhall. Thanks for reaching out. My guess is that permalinks are not enabled on your site. Can you go to Settings -> Permalinks and change to something other than default, ie /%postname%/? Upon saving those fields should appear.

    Let me know if that doesn’t make sense or if you still have any questions from there.

    Thanks for the reply. After visiting with my client we decided your plug in was just too awesome for them. Just kidding but it is way more than they needed so I went with a different not as awesome calendar plugin and they are happy. I do think your reply would have solved the issue as I had not enabled the permalinks on this particular site. I did not know that was required but I do now. Thanks again.
