[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Date picker not loading correctly – Duotive Fortune

I’m not sure what’s going on here. It only happens with my theme, Duotive Fortune, and I’m not sure how to track this problem down.

It seems when the page loads it loads one version of the date picker, and when using the pjax next month option it loads another version of the date picker, complete with different CSS applied.

The page load version of the drop down date picker does not work, but the pjax loaded version does.

Using localhost with no inbound connections, so I’ll supply screenshots with firebug shown.
