[Plugin: The Events Calendar] Categories not working in Atahualpa

    I have used the calendar perfectly in theme “Living journal” but when I converted to theme Atahualpa (very popular!) the Categories list disappears.
    In the Menu (only one) I have top level page “Events”, sub page “Event categories” which shows OK (although actualy redundant if the categories actually appeared!), but the categories don’t appear. I have 14 categories set up OK.

    I’ve just discovered the answer – I had to go to Appearance – Menus- Menu-1 and enter the name of the menu (even though I only have one!) and then all is fine. It was left blank in default.
