[Plugin: The Big Picture by Rotten Tomatoes] FATAL ERROR – Please Fix!!!!!

Attempts to activate this plugin generate the following fatal error:

Cannot redeclare class Services_JSON in /home/indark/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rotten-tomatoes-box-office-top-10/lib/JSON.php on line 116

There is a similar post topic that is now nearly a year old, and it’s been nearly two years since the last update, so it seems this plugin has been abandoned by the author – which is really a shame because it looks like it could be awesome.
