Do you know how WP “builds” category pages for you in a sense? How would I customize those pages?

I want to take /category/my-url <– and customize the webpage.

Here is an example to that section.

https://example.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

If you want to edit your page slug, you can do it from your page editor from the URL that appears under your page title form.
