Plugin That Indicates The Location Of Buyers?

I am planning on creating a Micro Job website not unlike fiverr. It will have sellers and buyers from all around the world. As a Canadian, I need to know the location (province and/or city) of the buyers so I can properly remit sales tax to the Canadian Government. Joomla has a module called Sales Analytics that enables the website manager to determine the location of buyers, but I want to use WordPress for my website. Does WordPress have an equivalent plugin? If not, does anyone know a website developer (or a good place to find one) who can customize my website to indicate buyers’ locations? (I will probably use the Microjob Engine Theme). Thank you.
