plugin that graphs visitor input

Hello,

I’m looking for a plugin that can take a value entered by a visitor(who is not a user and can’t log into the back end) and add that value to a graph.

for example: visitor comes to page and is given an option to vote for 1 of three items. Once the vote is cast, it gets added to a graph that is displayed on that page.

or

visito can add a number to a field and when they submit or the page is reloaded the value is added to a graph displayed on that page.

anyone heard of a plugin like that?
