Plugin that does the work + Quick & helpful support!

I bought the premium version of the plugin and it does the work! I especially like the feature of order messages, a basic chat system in every order that allows customers to communicate with you about specific orders. Support is quick and helpful! A must-have if you want to have more controls over returns/refunds/exchanges!
