Plugin that asks for email address but…

…is already on the home page when you go to the site. Currently, we’re asking for an email address on https://www.terraterroir.com, but it is slow to popup, and if it was there initially wouldn’t be as annoying.
For example, this one shows immediately, so its not as jarring:
