[Plugin: teachPress] limit tplist to a certain number of publications

I’d like to be able to show a list of, say, the 3 most recent publications with a certain tag.

Is there a shortcode option to limit [tplist tag=”mytag”] to only show up to the three most recent publications in my database with the “mytag” tag?
