[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] TDO mini-forms? making wordpress 2.5 wipe all files?

    I’ve just started using TDO mini forms. WordPress has always been as stable as stable for me in the past : )
    Today I did a day’s work writing posts and pages. I uploaded a new header image to my host, and when i came back to my blog, all my posts and pages were erased! TDO files was also deactivated, and my widgets were back to default. All that was left was the changes I made to the theme editor.
    My theme is ‘The Book’ by Hot Rod Shop, by the way.
    Either it is a problem with the theme, TDO mini forms, or WordPress 2.5 I’m not sure. I’ve read other (unresolved) questions like this on here about 2.5. Can anyone follow these events and help me work out where the problem might lie? Needless to say, I want to isolate it so it never happens again!
