[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] TDO forms and GD star integration?

    I just wondered if its possible to use GD star review with TDO forms. I would like users to be able to submit written reviews using the TDO form but also add a number of stars rating. The GD stars automatically appears just below the form but is not included in it. Any ideas on this please?
