[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] plugin activation fails

  • When I try to activate the plugin, I receive a blank page and neither the admin page nor the site works anymore. It’s a new installation and i don’t even have a different theme from twentyten…

  • same here, but it works fine on my test server (laptop). i’m troubleshooting, will update if / when i get through
