[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] Moving Thumbnail to top of post

I am using the file upload and the thumbnail in my post created with TDO forms. It doesn’t look very good with the thumbnail at the bottom of the post, here is example
How can I move it? Ideally it would appear at the top of the post with the post content wrapping around it.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
