[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] Default text inside content box possible?

I am using this form to allow users to submit post. Every post will be similar with a list of items the user must submit, for example:

Book Title:
Book Author:
Publish Date:

Is it possible to have this list show up inside the content box?
