[Plugin: Taxonomy Picker] Changing 'Post Tags' title on front end

Hi,
It might be a stupid question, but I was just wondering if I could change the title ‘Post Tags’ as it appears on the page? I just want to change it to something slightly less generic to suit my page.
Any help would be appreciated.
