[Plugin: Taxonomy Drill-Down] Using widget on single post returns 404 error

Hi Scribu… Thanks for the awesome plugin.
Taxonomy drill down has an important role in my next project. On my new site (link below) users will be able to select product based on several filters. Everything is working fine, the only problem is when someone tries to use the widget form a single post page, it returns 404 error. I have already resaved permalinks several times, but this seems a different issue.

The only thing I could figure out is as below:
when you click a taxonomy on home page, it takes you to https://androidmobiles.in/?brand=motorola, which further takes you to https://androidmobiles.in/brand/motorola/
but when you click the same taxonomy on a single post page, it will take you to https://androidmobiles.in/?brand=Array+motorola, which further returns a 404 error.The only solution I could figure out is to exclude the widget form single.php, but that will ruin the taste of website.
