[Plugin: Tag Posts Widget] How to create a link to the TAG page

The only problem am facing is , directing my user to that tag specific page like http:/websitexxx.com/?tag=new-apps via the Title or Read more link(which is not present) . Where in they can see all the posts filled under that specific tag
Users can view a limited number of posts in the widget , i want to add a functionality to make them go to that specif tag like “new apps ” and view all new apps posts , either via the Title or” View More /Read More ” link in the bottom of the widget .
