[Plugin: Tag Cloud] Duplicating Tag Cloud UI

Using the default Tag Cloud, I get a UI that I like, colored backgrounds and the ability to list many tags horizontally (1st attached).
I would like this exact code/UI but for category. I’ve tried all the plugins and none will do this exact UI. The default Category does similar but it is full width. (2nd attached).
Basically, know of a widget with the exact code for default tag cloud but made for Categories?
