    Hi,

    First of all thank you very much for your great plugin but I got a question that’s vital for my site, Is there a way to add a button to the WP Editor to easy add the tables into posts or pages?

    thanks for your question.

    TablePress automatically adds a button to the editor toolbars of the Visual as well as the text editor of WordPress, that can be used to easily insert a table.
    In the Visual editor, it has a small blue-ish table icon, while in the text editor, it is labeled “Table”.

    thanks for your question.

    I’m not really sure what you mean here… If you need buttons in a table, then, of course, it is no problem do to that, just type the HTML code into the table cells.

    One more question. If I call a javascript function from button through onclick event, It’s not call that function. Shall I do anything wrong? or Shall I need to add any other things?

    sorry, I don’t know what’s wrong there then. JavaScript code in tables is no problem, you might just have to be careful with line breaks.
    If you have the JavaScript code directly in the table cells, it’s usually a good idea to extend the Shortcode to

    [table id=123 convert_line_breaks=false /]
