[Plugin: Super Cache] errors in javacripts

Hi,

we are using Super Cache 0.9.4 (both modus full / half).

All pages generated by javascripts have following errors (s. below).

Observations:

1) there is appropriate index.hml files in directory super-cachet (2. and 3. scripts)
2) tehre is no such fiels to the first and last scripts

Suggestions are welcome.
