Plugin suitable for high traffic sites?

    Hi, just a informative question.

    I used the plugin in smaller sites and is great. But I wonder how suitable would this plugin be for a high-traffic site?

    By high traffic, I mean 200k daily visitors, 3000 concurrent at peak. Server is dedicated 32 cores, and would be using heavy caching, etc.

    I know its hard to predict, but would love an opinion.

    I rather not use this on high traffic site due to its +1 update to the DB. You are better off using Google Analytics.
