Plugin Suggestions Web Forms

I am going to be building a site where a few things need to take place. I’m hoping the community can help recommend plugins that will get me the farthest way there as possible.

1. user registers
2. user purchases the ability to submit a form
3. user securely submits a form
4. user can see history and status of all submitted forms, filter by status
5. webmaster gets notified of form submission
6. webmaster can update status of form (denied, approved, etc.)
7. webmaster can filter forms by users and status
8. webmaster can print forms

There are so many forms plugins out there, I’m just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction(s). Thanks!
