I just installed it today and it looks great, especially for a free plugin. I just would like to suggest a Click stat feature that will track which links users click on while they’re on the site. Jetpack has it but just started to charge an insane amount to see this feature now (Reason why I Installed Burst).

I like to see what links in my posts people are clicking on. Especially when I have Affiliate links that I would like to see if they are getting clicked on.

If you added this, I would definitely pay the $39/year fee for pro version, or you could add it into the free features (wink).

Thanks for your suggestion. In the free plugin you can set up a goal, to track if visitors click on an element with a certain class or id. Does that help? In premium you can add more than one goal.

More features will be added continuously, so keep an eye on the changelog!

That wouldn’t help me since there is no class or ID on any of the links on my site. I was hoping for something more automatic that would detect any links being clicked like Jetpack does.

I don’t think creating a goal with the class or ID as ‘a’ (A HREF) would work would it?

No, that won’t work, I’ll discuss your suggestion internally, and add it to the roadmap. Next week the weekly or monthly email reports will be released, lots of great stuff coming up!

Sounds good. If things work out on our end I’ll probably do a post about the plugin since a lot of people will be looking for Jetpack alternatives since they started charging (A LOT) for their (Use to be Free) stats feature.

That would be great of course! Let me know if you have any further questions!
