    I’ve used the plugin for a couple of years, but it suddenly stopped capturing carts and sending emails on October 6th. I’ve tested it a few times during the Oct. 6th-10th period. Was there any update around those dates?

    Regarding the specific dates you mentioned, we haven’t rolled out any recent updates. I’ve taken the time to review your site’s checkout page by adding a product to the cart and proceeding with the checkout process. It’s apparent that the plugin’s JavaScript files are loading correctly, and the Ajax call for data collection is functioning smoothly.

    hello, i too have the same problem. overnight it stopped receiving information about abandoned shopping carts. maybe it is incompatible with the new versions of woocommerce?
