That seems to only relate to changing the header and footer, but I want it to use my theme so the whole site has a consistent look. I’ve had to make a lot of compromises to achieve this so far.
I’m using Theme My Login to cover the login, registration and profile pages, but that doesn’t effect the page used by Subscribe2.

The header and foot is simply the hook where the CSS code is linked into the admin area. You can use the .wrap CSS class to style the main content of the window.

Unfortunately, my css is way too weak for that. But thanks for the information.
