[Plugin: Subscribe2] subscribe to all categories

    Under Settings->Subscribe2 scroll down to the Auto Subscribe section and where it says:

    “Subscribe new users registering with your blog” choose Automatically.

    Have a look at the other option in there that you can set too as you may want to adjust some of those.
