    Hi,
I am running a WP site with only registered users (no subscribers) that need to receive an email with each new post.

However not all registered users need to receive this email notification. (e.g. the info@, admin@, etc…type users or users that request to be opted out from the emails)

I cannot find an option in subscribe2 to control this.
Any suggestions as to how to deselect registered users from the email notification?

    Thx –

  • @venntom,

Go to Tools->Subscribers in the admin area of WordPress, click on (edit) net to where the affected email addresses are listed and unsubscribe that email from all categories. Apply the changes and you are done.

    Thanks! Solved.

Recently, when I added new categories to my site, subscribers began receiving multiple emails from the new categories. I think I found the setting to prevent that, but all of the subscribers are still subscribed to the new categories. I have several hundred of them and cannot remove them one at a time. How can I remove their unwanted subscriptions in bulk?
